Independence Book Fair to begin at JU

RTNN News Desk: Bangla Sansad Jahangirnagar University (JU) is going to organise a seven-day long independence book fair and cultural event on March 24, 2016.

Convener of the fair Assistant Professor Mohammad Rezaul Karim Talukder informed that at a press conference at the university's Bangla Department on March 20, 2016.
Rezaul Karim said publications ceremony with the books of teachers and students of JU Bangla Department, seminar on art, literature and culture, week-long book fair and cultural events were going to be held at the fair.
Book fair will be held at Central Shaheed Minar premises of the university. A total of 39 publishing houses are taking part in this year's book fair.
President of Bangla Department Professor Abu Dayen, Professor Md. Khaled Hossain, Professor Oniruddho Kahali, GS of Bangla Sansad Tajul Islam Toha were also present at the press conference.
